Ingredients:
- Bananas
- Greek Yogurt (or White Chocolate)
- Vanilla Essence
- Maple Syrup
- Choc Chips or any other decorations
Method:
- Cut the bananas in half and insert popsicle sticks. For older kids, you can use a fork to gently press into the bottom of the banana to give it more of a ghostly shape.
- Prepare the Greek yoghurt. You can use it as is (just stir to remove any lumps) or mix in a teaspoon of vanilla essence and a touch of maple syrup for extra flavour.
Tip: For older kids, you can substitute the yoghurt with melted white chocolate. - Dip the banana halves into the yoghurt (or chocolate) to coat them evenly.
- Add chocolate chips for eyes, or for older kids, use melted chocolate to create eyes and a mouth, or get creative with your own spooky decorations!
- Place the coated bananas on baking paper and freeze for about two hours.
- Once frozen, enjoy your spooky, delicious BOO-nana Ghost Pops!
