Meet the Founders
Audrey & Alfie was founded by Zoe - mother of three and a qualified dietitian and Carly - mother of one with a background in psychology & child wellbeing.
Carly and Zoe are childhood friends who, after having their own families, united over their desire to help other families manage the mental and physical load of parenthood without compromising nutrition.
