How much is delivery?

Our standard delivery fee is $15.99 for metropolitan Melbourne, with free delivery offered on orders over $150.

Why? Delivery is a huge part of our costs (costing us more than $15 per order), and as a small, passion-inspired business, we just don’t have the turnover to absorb this in other areas. And we’ll never compromise on product quality or safety (we use a frozen courier to make sure your order is properly looked after from wo to go). What does this mean? Well, it means we need to pass some of these costs on to our customers. We’d love to offer free delivery on all our orders. Of course. But unfortunately the sums on that just don’t add up at our end. 

How long does delivery take?

We offer next day delivery provided you order by 10am.

What if I’m not home when it arrives?

No worries! If you’re not home, we’ll leave it in a safe place for you. We leave all our orders packaged in chilltainers in a shady pace (whenever possible) with a frozen gel pack inside to keep them cool. 

Of course, we recommend getting the products back in the freezer asap to avoid any defrosting, but if you’ve popped out and just missed us… we’ll do everything we can to make sure they’re safe until you get home.

Where do you deliver? 

We currently offer delivery to most Melbourne suburbs but recommend checking your suburb in the postcode checker.
