Our goal is happy customers and we do our best to ensure all our orders are delivered as expected, but we are also human and errors may occasionally happen.
If you are unhappy with your delivery, please contact email@example.com within 7 days and we will offer an appropriate refund, provided it can be shown that the products you were charged for were not supplied as they should have been. Depending on the circumstances, we may, in our sole discretion, provide a full or partial refund of the purchase price, or provide you with a redelivery or credits to be applied to future deliveries.
We know little ones may need to try food 10 - 15 times, or even more, before they truly decide whether or not they don't like the food, so if your little one doesn’t enjoy all of the products that’s ok. It’s important to keep exposing them to new flavours and textures. As our products are perishable, all sales are final.
