Heating & Serving Sggestions

Perfect just as they are (like you!), and nutritionally balanced enough to be a meal on their own.

We recommend baking these in the oven. Baking for 10-15 minutes will ensure they are still soft for BWL, but for children over 12 months we recommend baking for 15-20 mins so they are nice and crispy on the outside.

These little wonders make a great base for a BLW tasting platter. Try serving:

- with a side of avocado, cucumber and capsicum strips for an easy tasting platter in warmer months, or

- with with peas, steamed carrot and broccoli in cooler months.

For adventurous older eaters, serve with a tartare-style dipping sauce for restaurant-worthy dinner.
