Cancellation policy
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If we have sent you the wrong items, or if the items are damaged or spoilt, please contact us as soon as possible. We will require that you send us a photo of the incorrect, damaged or spoilt products by email to hello@audreyandalfie.com.au.
We may also require you to return the products and will provide you with the means to do so at no cost to you. We may also provide you with an alternate remedy.
We will otherwise not accept a return for a change of mind or if you have ordered the wrong products.
